Born in southern Germany in 1983, I moved from Stuttgart to Düsseldorf, the capital of the Rhineland, in 2010. Impressed by the way that business was conducted in this region, I decided in 2012, to continue my career in sales. In contrast to many other consultants, my professional career did not begin as a "coach", "expert" or "entrepreneur". I first trained as a classic "hard seller" at a multinational telecommunications company. In 2015, I got my first senior title in the HR software industry. Helping companies scale their work processes sustainably and digitally had become my absolute passion. Driven by this passion and through constant training in acquisition, presentation and negotiation skills, I built a reputation as a top salesperson in the tech industry. These days, growth relies upon the results of teamwork, customer-centric marketing, sales & CSM. We may ask, however, how important does the quality of a single salesperson matter outside of this system?
Founding COMANFIZE GmbH (hait. rocket launch) in 2017, was the logical step for me to continue my mission.
As a Sales & GTM Operator, I have since been helping fast-growing IT, software & technology companies to build and expand their EBIT margin.
